The Ten Commandment Advancement Fund

OUR PURPOSE

The purpose for forming the Ten Commandments Advancement Fund was two Kentucky County Judges and the Harlan County School Board were being sued by the A. C. L. U. Judge Executive Jimmie W. Green of McCreary County, Judge Executive Darrell BeShears of Pulaski County and Harlan County School Superintendent Dr. Don Musselman. Dr. Musselman has since retired, however, The A.C.L.U. continues its efforts against the Harlan County Schools.

When the suits began there were no funds for the defense of the entities. Therefore, Herschel S. Walker and S. David Carr, began to work toward the funding of these suits and getting the Kentucky State Legislature to pass legislature to allow the posting of the Ten Commandments in court houses, schools and all other public places.

In light of the fact that 86% of Kentucky citizens want to see the Ten Commandments back in the public. Realizing this would become a court battle it was decided to establish a 501-C3 (tax exempt) organization, to receive funds to support these men who are standing on the front lines defending our Christian Liberties. Also the funds shall be used to promote legislation to overturn years of Anti-God rulings to allow the posting in all public places. These funds will also be used to purchase and place Historical Documents including the Ten Commandments in the public arena.

Your prayer and support is always appreciated and may God Bless Your Home.
